Olio At Novotel Juhu Launches New Italian Menu

The world’s love affair with Italian food doesn’t seem to be waning. Setting the benchmark in a chic and contemporary setting, Olio – Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach’s elegant Italian Restaurant, announces the launch of its exciting new menu. With this, Olio invites food connoisseurs to savour its extensive spread of exquisite delicacies, paired with an array of fine wine in association with Reveilo Wines.

We were invited by Novotel Juhu to come witness for ourselves this transition from the old to the new, so allow us to take you through it.

The term Olio signifies ‘oil’ in Italian. Bidding adieu to the staid fine dining concept, Olio presents a refreshing gourmet experience with interactive open kitchens and wood fired ovens.

The all-new a la carte menu embraces innovative culinary ideas and transports the guests to the land of authentic Italian cuisines and a sumptuous gastronomic journey.
Embodying modern day aesthetics, the menu encompasses scrumptious appetisers ranging from Bruschetta, Olio De Caesare, Cozze Al Forno to Capsesante, while the mains feature avant-garde additions like Ravioli Ricotta Spinachi, Linguine Pescatora, open-face Lasagna, Angello Al Balsamico, all-time classic pizzas, and much more. The carte du jour comprises of true flavours and rich aroma prepared using traditional cooking techniques. Conventional Italian spices intermingled with well-honed expertise within the kitchens of ‘Olio’, as handpicked regional herbs, sauces and seasonings lend a perfect culinary high.
