As the food evolves with time, whats being forgotten and left behind are the intricate flavours of the Indian cuisine: a cuisine which is complete and perfect in itself and involves history, culture and flavours in every morsel of food. At such a time, one must appreciate the efforts by the chefs of Novotel Mumbai, in reviving “forgotten flavours” of Indian heritage.
An intricate blend of nature’s bounty and subtle human creation, Bageecha is the Indian Dining terrace restaurant of Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach. The poolside restaurant overlooking the magnificent Arabian Sea offers alfresco dining serves flavoursome cuisines of the Royal Kitchens of India.
Bageecha is not just a restaurant – it is a celebration of aesthetic expression and appreciation, a seamless dialogue between the creations of man and nature that invites interaction and exploration.
Operational for 6 months in a year it comes across as a welcome breath of fresh air and serene tranquility. The specially designed menu tantalises the Indian taste buds with its appetising food.
Executive Chef of the hotel, Chef Kailash Gundupalli and his team have done a fabulous job in executing and serving delectable platters of North-West Frontier food.
